After connecting with the cross of Andreas Pereira, two weeks ought to have lobbied to the visitors after the restart however, failed to hit the target.
After making two changes Solskjaer fielded the exact identical team that beat Leicester in Old Trafford in their last league match.

Matic driveway, which was held by Lukas Fabianski, had been the nearest they came at a first half that is forgettable.
The visitors improved in the moment and should have restored parity if Mata obtained at the conclusion of Pereira’s delivery, but the veteran midfielder managed to steer the ball wide out of point-blank selection.
Harry Maguire went near bringing the traffic level shooting straight at Fabianski, before West Ham goal after the Hammers had failed to clear a corner.
The poor away form of Manchester United is extended by the conquer – his league victory in their travels came in Crystal Palace on 27.
The prices of pellegrini were underside of the table after four matches this year, but the result of Sunday lifts them three points above the side in the standings of Solskjaer – a hint of their advancement under the mid century’s stewardship.
The Hammers have kept four consecutive clean sheets in all competitions, while fit-again Yarmolenko and summer enrolling Sebastien Haller have shown promise up front.
Yarmolenko was a menace, breaking the deadlock with a finish that is written and registering more shots than anyone else on the pitch.
The Allied set up West Ham’s second midway through the second half, however, Felipe Anderson – that suffered a disappointing afternoon – fired directly at p Gea by a tight angle.
The game remained on a knife edge until the 84th minute, when Cresswell’s sublime free-kick – his first goal since April 2018 – shut the things.
The effect moves Pellegrini’s team level on points with Leicester.
