Tonga came out at half-time to secure a win across the United States and avoid finishing bottom of Rugby World Cup Pool C.

Tonga took the lead after 61 minutes when Veainu cracked on the top, chased his own kick and then hammering the ball for Lolohea, who fed Hingano into score.
Tonga expanded their advantage with their next try. Sione Kalamafoni took the ball on from Fisiihoi after he broke clear and the ball had been spread left to skip over.
Tony Lamborn burrowed over from close range because the USA hit back but Tonga secured the bonus point with their fourth try right.
