• Take care customer’s requirements
• Search and screen candidate profiles and make an interview appointment
• Interview and summary details of candidate for customer
• Review and match candidate profiles with customer’s requirements
• Serve customers’ needs and ensure that services are delivered to customers properly
• Responsible for update candidate profiles
• Maintaining / growing existing accounts
• Consistently meet / exceed revenue targets and goals
• Any other task assigned by the Management
