• Thai National with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant work experience
• 1 year of experience in online marketing, preferably in a similar environment
• Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve campaign performance
• A proven track record of delivering a significant increase in web traffic
• Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems
• Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
• Proficiency in Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firework and Dreamweaver
• Strong written and spoke English communication skills
• Ability to get along with others and act as a team player
• Develop new relationships with similar media partners
• Formulate and implement affiliate strategy
• Create online advertising strategy – optimize online advertising against ROI
• Manage pay-per-click and organic traffic/sales from search engines
• Lead the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance and proactively communicate any issues
• Be responsible for end-to-end online media campaign management, from initial conception to campaign launch and hindsight
