Gareth Southgate prepares England squad for racism response before European Qualifiers
On what to do should they experience racist abuse during their forthcoming European Qualifiers from Czech Republic and 26, gareth Southgate has briefed his England squad.
The England boss went with the squad on Monday via the UEFA protocol, so they had clarity about what to do should discrimination is experienced by them.
Fikayo Tomori supported Southgate held a team meeting on Monday to talk about what actions should be taken if the players of England suffer racist abuse.

The three-step protocol of UEFA begins with any player subject to abuse notifying.

The referee should take the players off and should they deem necessary make a last call if racism persists.
England players were abused when they played a Qualifier in March, where the Montenegrin football association were fined $20,000 and ordered to play a game behind closed doors.
The Football Union has been fined #35,000 from UEFA at 2011 for its lovers misuse of England players.
Mondays fixture in Sofia is going to be performed with a reduced capacity as punishment for incidents when Bulgaria and the Czech Republic and Kosovo played in June.
