After reaching her maiden WTA Tour quarter-final, american adolescent Coco Gauff is place to break in the worlds best 100 for the very first time.
The 15-year-old, who made a run to the Wimbledon 16 in July, attained when competitor Kateryna Kozlova retired the Linz Open last eight.
Gauff has provisionally climbed to 94th in the rankings, nearer to qualification for the Australian Open.
She lost in Linz qualifying but entered the main draw as a lucky loser.
After Maria Sakkaris withdrawal, when Allied Kozlova quit while monitoring 6-4 4-6 0-2 Gauff conquer Swiss Stefanie Vogele on Tuesday and improved.
Gauff, who does not turn 16 before March, is the youngest player to achieve an WTA quarter-final since Sesil Karatantcheva in January 2005.
The tournament is Gauff appearance since suffering a comprehensive defeat, which left her in tears, at the US Open by Naomi Osaka last month.
